It's by Dietrich Lubs, in collaboration with Deiter Rams, designed and manufactured in 1972. It's a Braun Phase 3 clock and was Braun's first analogue one. The iconic Phase 1 was Rams's digital one.

There are lots - just Google Deitrich Lubs and Braun Phase 3. There's even a site somewhere devoted to Braun designs, I'm told.
